dhclient.conf interface stanza and conflicting listing interfaces with dhclient3

Sorry Jelle.  This is a well known sort of design bug in dhclient.
dhclient picks up interfaces named in the dhclient.conf it was
given and uses them.

The workaround for now is to use a separate dhclient.conf per each
interface.
