Router woes, need help with static IPs

   I have a WRT310Nv2, so I doubt this will help, but the main browser
setup page under "Setup/Basic Setup/Network Setup/DHCP Server Setting"
there is a hot spot "DHCP Reservation" that brings up a pop-up
permitting you to manually assign a client to an IP address.
