Check Relay Agent IP address

Dear All,

Is it possible to check the relay agent IP before assign an dynamic IP address to the DHCP client? Say if the server contains multiple address pool from 192.168.1.x to 192.168.10.x. And the client only can obtain the IP address from pool 192.168.1.x if the relay agent IP is 192.168.1.254.
