What option information does current Windows accept?

11 years ago you would have been ruinning NT and WIndows 98, maybe some 
Win2k if you were on the bleeding edge.

Modern Windows clients accept lots of options. This page looks like a 
reasonable starting point for DHCP services on Windows. Follow the links
