ISC Dhcp Failover Packets Dump

YES, Setting up test setup would solve my case, But as I have mentioned
earlier, it would take more effort for me to setup lab for having a look at
captures.
I would really appreciate, if anyone is willing to help me by providing
packet dumps for Failover messages on ISC Server.
