Older version of dhcpd having ipv6 etc

Thanks Glenn.

The reason for older version:
1) the newer version executable is 5 times bigger than version 2 and is not
suitable for our embedded systems. Do we have any embedded version of ISC
dhcpd ?
2) I needed condtional statements to add some filters in dhcpd.
3) Having ipv6 is an advantage.

Not sure if I can ask this question in this list:
Do we have any other dhcpd on GPL, which is designed for embedded systems
and which has the above 3 points ?
