After remove there are two declarations of the same host:

host nh4ad5b013800ccd0e0 {
   dynamic;
   hardware ethernet 00:02:02:03:04:05;
   fixed-address 10.0.0.10;
}

and after

obj: host
name = "nh4ad5b013800ccd0e0"
ip-address = 0a:00:00:0a
hardware-address = 00:02:02:03:04:05
hardware-type = 00:00:00:01
 > remove
obj: <null>

host nh4ad5b013800ccd0e0 {
   dynamic;
   deleted;
}
