DHCPD 4.1.0 Make error

Hellow.

I'm trying to compile the Dhcp 4.1.0 but I'm getting this error:

cc1: warnings being treated as errors
packet.c: In function "assemble_udp_ip_header":
packet.c:140: error: "ip" is used uninitialized in this function

The ./configure command goes fine whith no errors.

I think I'd have to change something in the source code of the packet.c but I'd like to know what and where to make the change, if applicable.
