[SPAM] A little question

Hello,
    Today I downloaded dhcp-4.0.2b3.tar.gz from the ISC.org Web, then I unzipped and configured, installed the file in the end. But when I run the service of dhcpd in Fedora10.0, the system pointed out this:the service can't be recognized! What should I do? Thanks for you help.
