problem with DHCP Discover packet?

[CARTWRIGHT, CORY C (ATTSNET)]

No, I am only seeing the DISCOVERY using tcpdump.  Other useful
information might be that other systems windows, linux...  Seem to work
fine, I am only seeing this with the 2wire device.
