- Failover BNDUPD messages are now discarded if they conflict with an
update that has been trasnmitted, but not acknowledged.
Just for starters.
I highly recommend tracking 3.1.2. You can upgrade one server at a
time, and fault the database afterwards (or on the second upgrade).
You can probably toss a coin to determine which server to fault...it
is the list of 'active' leases you care about.
