dhcp6 error message

I am getting the following error in the log (dhcpd is running with -d switch)

Request message from fe80::702b:def7:695e:7079 port 546, transaction ID 0xD4459800
Sending Reply to fe80::702b:def7:695e:7079 port 546
Unable to convert dhcp6.fqdn domain name to printable form.

I am unsure as to whether I have missed something in the config or the client is inappropriately configured.

   host tur-virus2 {
      ddns-hostname "tur-virus2";
      fixed-address6 2001:4530:2::129:45;
      option host-name "tur-virus2";
      host-identifier option dhcp6.client-id 00:01:00:01:11:7d:a8:4c:00:50:56:97:27:cf;
   }

The DDNS updates do not appear to be occurring either, don't seem to see any error that I can find.
NB: Our IPv4 DDNS is working fine and I am using the same config for IPv6.
