write static leases to lease file

Hi!

I assign IP-addresses to my computers in static way, using MAC-addresses.  
There isn't dynamic pool in my network.

The leases don't appear in my dhcpd.leases file. Are there any solution to  
this behaviour change?

If I use dynamic pool, the leases are in the file, so the file or the  
permissions are okay.

I'm using dhcp3-server-3.0.4-13 at debian_etch.
