Hi,

for documentation:
 2001:db8::/32 is reserved, so you could use that range to experiment.

For Site-Local IPv6 Unicast Addresses:
FEC0::/10 was reserved, but this is deprecated now.

Unique-Local IPv6 Unicast Addresses:
fc:00::/7 is reserved, so I believe this is the best choice.  You just
need to generate a unique 40 bits ID.


So, there is plenty of choice to play with :)
