migration 3.1.1 to 4.1.0a1

	Dear all ,

	today i tried to migrate from 3.1.1 to 4.1.0a1

	i started the daemon with the -4 flag because i
	don't want to do Ip6 right now.

	ergo :

	/dhcpd/dhcpd -4 -cf /dhcpd/dhcpd.conf -lf /dhcpd/dhcpd.leases eth0

	The process dies anyway complaining not to find
	any V6 Ethernet devices ...

	Where is the mistake ?
	Is this a compile-option ?
