Upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.1.0

Hi list

This question has probably been asked before, but... what is the best  
way to upgrade a failover pair? Is it OK if I just

1. Stop peer one, upgrade to 3.1.0
2. Stop peer two
3. Start upgraded peer one
4. Upgrade peer two to 3.1.0 and start it?

Or is it more complicated? Any special precautions I should take? I  
guess I should back up the lease file, but apart from that?
