Getting IP range for different network

If you are using single-file configurations of your eMTAs then that would
appear appropriate, otherwise the CM IP of an eMTA can continue to be the
same as your other CMs, it's your eMTA IP that needs to be different.

Actually Frank this is the requirements which I got from the network team.
I think this is mainly for QoS for VoIP.
