Try this.
In the Global settings...
option option-176 code 176 = string;
For each subnet....
#This is for MTB subnet
subnet x.x.x.x netmask x.x.x.x {
range x.x.x.x x.x.x.x;
option domain-name "MTB.mtsu.edu";
option routers x.x.x.x;
option option-176 "L2Q=1,L2QVLAN=voice vlan#";
}
subnet 172.30.96.0 netmask 255.255.254.0 {
range 172.30.96.10 172.30.96.150;
option routers 172.30.96.1;
option domain-name "96voice.mtsu.edu";
option option-176 "MCIPADD=x.x.x.x,MCPORT=1719,TFTPSRVR=x.x.x.x";
}
