DHCP version compatability in failover configuration

I believe this should work fine if you do them one at a time. I'm not
saying you should run for weeks like that, but upgrade one and once the
new daemon is synchronised then upgrade the other one. Something of the
order of minutes or 10s of minutes would be ok.

I tend to only be upgrading one or two minor versons, so I am not 100%
about 3.0.1 to 3.0.5 but I think you should be right.
