No, we do not have any Vista machine in the network...

I think my problem is related to my NIC, or rather to the bootimage
I get from rom-o-matic.
Since we only have DLink 530TX cards, I tried to boot from VMWare and 
its getting it´s IP.
OK, it still does not boot (TFTP:access denied), but this seems
to be another problem.
