Not with the standard clients. If you were using a linux client you
could modify the dhclient script so that you could send an option with
the new setting. But you would need to be careful that you didn't send
the same mac address to different clients. You would need some way to
identify the client so that you could send the alternate mac address.

Why do you want to be able to do this? There may be a "better" or
standard way to achieve the same results.
