all DHCP clients use same transaction ID

I noticed that all my DHCP clients (they are Set Top
Boxes) use the same Transaction ID.

Can this harm the correct working of isc dhcp server
in a failover DHCP server setup ?

Is this something I should be carefull about or can I
ignore this ?
