Simpler than that...the output format bits are there, but the
first loop that does array-size counting is missing a case.

I probably got too enthusiastic in writing the lower bits that I
forgot the upper part.  Can't imagine it got lost in integration.


That loop looks pretty wonky to me as well, now that I consider
it.
