That's just the server doing a cleanup of the leases file. The leases
file is a log - every time anything changes, a new record is appended
to the file.
Periodically, once an hour by default, the server writes out a new
file from it's in-memory data, and replaces the old file with this
new record. Without this step, the leases file would just keep
growing.
