dhcp + wpad + firefox update

o.k. jsut changed the dhcp wpad-url option to have a \n at the end of
the url and it now seems to work

We have this setup working with both FF and IE with option 252 too.
The DHCP is one component of this setup. Other is ur web server, ie.
Apache.
