I dont see a problem. 10.2 ships with dhcp-3.0.5. So whatever dhcp-3.0.5
supports it should have it. Additionally it has a ldap patch and few
more relevant patches. Look at the src rpm here
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.2/repo/src-oss/suse/src/
