Tool for monitoring pool utilization?

I'm sure this has been asked before, so I apologize if it is a FAQ,
though I didn't find anything in the archives.
Does anyone have or know of a good tool for monitoring pool
utilization? I'm thinking of something where, say, I have a
configuration like this:

shared-network foo {
 .
 .
 .
}

shared-network piffle {
 .
 .
 .
}

Something which could give me a report along the lines of:

Pool		Leases		In use		Abandoned
----		------		------		---------
foo		64		44		2
piffle		20		19		1

"Free" instead of "in use" would be fine, but you get the idea. I
thought I'd see if anyone has already written something like this
before reinventing the wheel...

Thanks!
