No rule to make target '../minires/libres.a' neede by 'svtest' error while making of dhcp-3.0.4 on Fedora Core 4

    It appears you went directly from "configure" to "make install" and
that the DHCP makefile does not make the install depend on a software
build. Try doing a "make all" first.
