option82 "agent.remote-id " is missed in some lease ... Why ?

Thanks  for this very clear answer ...

If I understand all I must set

stash-agent-options true;

If I reset all modems does the CPE lease will be renew from relay ?
I need to this one time because more than a half connected modems don't have the "agent.remote-id" data
