How to limit IP per MAC

Hi all,

Very rarely, twice in my admin life actually (for 8 years), some computer of service eat away my IP address.

What happen is that he ask for a IP address. So DISCOVER, INFORM and ACK. After that he does the same thing and get another IP address, rince and repeat.

Is there any way to limit the number of active IP address per MAC address?
