Plz let me know if server with the authentication option -90 is prwesent
on the inernet.
As I am develooping client, so it will be useful if I will get a
readymade server which can decode my authentication requests.

Except that one.

The authentication option needs the server and/or client to sign and
validate the contents of the DHCP packet themselves. That's a behaviour
you're not going to be able to encode in dhcpd.conf config syntax.

At least, I really hope that's not possible.
