No. The only way is to wait for lease expiration. You can change the 
lease time in your config file, start bu cutting it in half, after that 
period in time, cut it in half again, until you reach about an hour. 
make the changes you want then set your leas tine back to what ever you 
use, but I suggest not more than 24 hours. The lease will renew at 1/2 
lease time (for most clients) and this will allow you to make most 
changes in configuration in under a day.
