dhcpd and Vista

Ok. Rebooting Vista solved everything.
We were using "ipconfig /renew" before.
Rebooting also solved the Router Advertisement - it didn't work also
when dhcp with dhcpd wasn't working. We had radvd running, and windows
was not getting any ipv6 address.

Something got messed in the windows internals.

Sorry for the noise.
