Curious lease to/from Apple DHCP Client

That's clear to me.

In fact in my configuration I configured a default-lease-time of 900 sec 
and a max-lease-time of 3600 sec. I don't know where that lease of 60 
sec come from... I saw a lot of reference to 60 sec in the DHCP RFC, but 
nothing on an initial lease of that amount of time...

What's new in what I can see on my servers is that client's behaviour 
can change as in the following example.

The client suddenly changed it's behaviour, now acting as a "normal" 
client. Is there a difference when a user is not logged in and when he 
is logged in... I don't know.
