named has no way why the remote server didn’t reply and assumes it was EDNS

Can **you** tell if the problem why the server didn’t respond was IPv6 and not EDNS over IPv6?
It’s impossible to tell whether the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are handled on the same machine
not to mention same software.
