bind 9.12 rpm dependency problem

I tried the new ISC bind BIND 9.12 Packages repo with a vanilla centos7 installation.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Is this dependency problem well known?
