BIND assertion failure - 9.10.4

Upgraded to 9.10.4 a few days ago, and this morning it crashed:

Running Mac OS X 10.11.4.

Have never had a problem with any previous version of BIND.

Hopefully it’s a one-off. Let me know if there is any more information I can provide.
