Funnily enough I recently wrote a tool to do this but I have been failing
to publish a blog article about it... Have a look at this:
https://git.csx.cam.ac.uk/x/ucs/ipreg/adns-masterfile.git

It takes several minutes to run, depending on the size of the
named_dump.db file and the query concurrency you ask for. The default is
-m2000; if you go above 5000 the target server is likely to get
uncomfortable. Also, use -qqq to reduce the amount of gubbins on stdout :-)

Tyne, Dogger: Southerly at first in east Dogger, otherwise westerly or
southwesterly, 4 or 5. Slight. Rain then fair. Moderate or poor, becoming
good.
