The glue for delegation isnlab,in is out of step with (various) in-zone
contents. The "in" servers give a referral to

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
isnlab.in. 86400 IN NS nslb02.isnlab.in.
isnlab.in. 86400 IN NS nslb01.isnlab.in.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
nslb01.isnlab.in. 86400 IN A 216.69.185.51
nslb02.isnlab.in. 86400 IN A 208.109.255.51

But 216.69.185.51 and 208.108.255.51 have a version of the zone (SOA serial
2014071908) which does not include lbtest.isnlab.in, although it does contain

nslb01.isnlab.in. IN A 61.16.199.3
nslb02.isnlab.in. IN A 59.185.105.73

and the latter two IP addresses have a version (SOA serial 2014071909) that
does know about lbtest.isnlab.in,

You are always going to get inconsistent results until you fix the
delegation.
