Given he error message I would look at the you internal view configuration.

The external view appears to be working fine.

cp at r64:~$ host -t ns pointhq.com
pointhq.com name server dns7.pointhq.com.
pointhq.com name server dns6.pointhq.com.
cp at r64:~$ host dns1.pointhq.com dns6.pointhq.com
Using domain server:
Name: dns6.pointhq.com
Address: 91.109.245.139#53
Aliases:

dns1.pointhq.com has address 109.233.112.63
cp at r64:~$ host dns1.pointhq.com dns7.pointhq.com
Using domain server:
Name: dns7.pointhq.com
