Looks like it is in transition. The COM delegation has this:
ns1.netbcp.com
ns2.netbcp.net
pdns1.ultradns.net
pdns2.ultradns.net
pdns3.ultradns.org
pdns4.ultradns.org
pdns5.ultradns.info
pdns6.ultradns.co.uk
But the first one refuses queries, and the second one times out. The
UltraDNS servers are Ok though, and have the same NS set.

| dig FocusFeatures.com soa +short @pdns4.ultradns.org.
| pdns1.ultradns.net. hostmaster.ge.com. 2013030400 10800 3600 2592000 900
|
| That looks ok.

| I just did an 'rndc flushname focusfeatures.com.', redid the query, and
| it picked up the proper 2013030400 soa.
|
| If there is currently an inconsistency in focusfeatures.com, I am not
| seeing it.
|
| It looks like amazon is running a different version of that zone.
