Reverse zone delegation for 172.16.16.0/20 - HOW TO?

the much easier way is create configs and zone files for 16 zones 
16.16.172.in-addr.arpa
...
31.16.172.in-addr.arpa

and use it as 16 separate /16 zones. Better do not try to make this 
easiee, you will end in making that more complicated and error-prone.
