BIND CPU load problems

Dear Mike,
    I am not being hit with a Denial of Service attack and the query logging doesn't appear to be any different from other hosts in the DNS complex. There are no errors in logs or messages files either. I have not installed a previous version from source.

Have you tried:

  *   installing a previous version of bind from source?
  *   checking to see if you're being hit with a denial of service attack?
  *   turned on query logging to see what bind is doing?
