This means you've got 10.0.0.1 on the interface lo:1. You don't have
10.0.0.2 configured yet. You need to create extra virtual interfaces
called lo:2, lo:3 and so on, and give them addresses 10.0.0.2 and
10.0.0.3 and so on.
