primary and secondary running different versions

Hello,

will there arise any problems between primary and secondary if they
run on different bind versions?

The background of this question is: we are about to upgrade from
Debian Lenny to Squeeze.
And there will be some amount of time where they will be running on
different versions.

Debian Lenny has 9.6.ESV.R4+dfsg-0+lenny2
Debian Squeeze will have 9.7.3.dfsg-1~squeeze2
