Why so different versions for Bind9 exist?

	BIND 9.X.Y
		X indicates a feature set.
		Y is maintenance level.

	You should be able to go from version of 9.3.x to another
	version of 9.3.x without having to change your configuration.
	Similarly 9.4.x and 9.5.x.
	The one exception is if there has been a security fix that
	required a configuration change.

	BIND 9.[X-2] goes to EOL 6 months after the release of BIND 9.X.
