BIND Windows Binary with DLZ drivers

Hello,

Is anyone know how to find a recent Bind version already build with some DLZ
database drivers (ODBC, MySQL, 
)?

Correct me if I’m wrong but the Windows Binary found in the ISC site has
only the DLZ core inside but no drivers
