Question about Bind 8 forwarder

Furthermore, as of BIND 9.3 (I think), the forwarders selection is handled much more intelligentally. Prior to this version, forwarders were queried in the order specified in the forwarders {}. I believe they now use a RTT method to determine the quickest available forwarder in BIND9 9.3+.

Don't use forwarders. It's extremely rare that they provide any benefit.
