Bad zone transfer request

Hi

I'm setting up a slave server but can't but the transfers to work.
fela.liber4e.com is the master
bowie.liber4e.com is the slave

whenever I try a
rndc refresh liber4e.zone
on the slave I get this error on slave:
transfer of 'liber4e.zone/IN' from 66.7.195.2#53: failed while receiving 
responses: NOTAUTH

and on MASTER
client 67.207.133.7#34173: bad zone transfer request: 'liber4e.zone/IN': 
non-authoritative zone (NOTAUTH)

I can do
dig @fela.liber4e.com. liber4e.com AXFR
from the server and gets allowed

This is my named.conf on the master:

zone "liber4e.com" {
type master;
file "liber4e.com.hosts";
allow-transfer 
{208.11.75.3;216.90.171.3;67.207.133.7;87.98.164.164;195.234.42.1;};
allow-update 
{208.11.75.3;216.90.171.3;67.207.133.7;87.98.164.164;195.234.42.1;};
};

any clues on this? I'm quite puzzled with it....
