Any way to query/determine all domains for which a particular server is authoritative?

Not absolutely sure what you mean by "mirror", as a slave config is not 
the exact same as a master config.  Similar but different.

If you are wanting a true slave, you will have to either update the 
slave config manually or thru some scripting automation.
